Any member or guest of the BANKLESS DAO, but each session at capped at 25 participants including facilitators.
This is an open group, meaning members who didn't join at previous groups can still join. (In a closed group, the same members stick through all the group sessions)
Having a mental health issue is not a prerequisite to attend a mental health support, everybody needs some human contact in this world of faceless code.
🙏🏼 Please be there from the beginning of the meeting. We will have a short "check in with yourself" meditation, breathing or other ritual before we start, so everybody can relax into the present. Thank you.

— Discussions are confidential. Members are bound not to disclose the contents of the sessions in any way that could identify members of the group. Remember, we are building trust and safety.
— Use "I" statements: Speak from your own experience by using "I" instead of “we," "you," and "us". We can only speak for how we feel, not how others feel.
— Be on time: Being on time shows respect for the process and others, and try to stay till the end.
— Tolerance: Tolerance is acceptance. We must be accepting of our differences in order to grow and learn.
— Please no dramatic, scintillating topics introduced just before the break or end of group process. It is disrespectful to others' recovery. Breathe: Breathing allows us to feel our feelings and live. Balance, pause, and meditate.
— Listen: Listening is way more important and healing than we might think. For ourselves and for others.
— Do not give advice, unless asked to do so: Do not tell anyone what to do or how to feel. Let them discover their own process. If someone asks the group for advice or feedback, try to think bout how it might help before answering. Speaking about own experiences with a similar topic is usually good "advice".
— No war stories: Do not get stuck in euphoric recall, glamorize, or romanticize about your issue/addiction/etc. If it were so great, we wouldn't be here.
