For any reason, a Grants Committee member may create an internal motion with the express purpose of dismissing one of the members.

The result must be unanimous, with the exception for the exclusion of the named member to be dismissed.

• Ex: With 7 total members, a 6/6 vote to dismiss must be reached.

Vacant spots can be filled during seasonal GC election cycles or by special election.  Either way, the quorum of 5 members remains unchanged.
